Frozen Grape

I am reknitting a sweater and this time adding a bit of Studio Donegal into the mix so it will be long sleeved.  I have plenty of the Studio Donegal but I don't know if I have enough of the Shetland handspun yarn to finish the body.  I'll figure something out.  Necessity is the mother of all invention and I am sure some sweater designs and changes are due to the running out of a certain colour.

This is another sweater that I am working on.  This is my knitting landscape, project bags and projects on the go.  I made the stitch marker.  They are so much fun to make.

Wine O'Clock

It's Friday night and we're here living it up, watching Nationwide.  Keeping it real.

It's wine o'clock.

The clocks are from my Society6 page.  There is free shipping till Sunday (me thinks).

Made another big batch of chutney and I looking forward to finishing a pair of socks.  Might even get to work on the sleeves of that handspun yarn and tan sweater.  Winter is coming, after all.  Our house doesn't have any insulation so I need all the wool, I can get.

Wednesday

The sock is also the second sock of the Vestigial pattern.  These I am hoping to finish today.  Had high hopes of finishing them last night but it didn't happen.  I love the Halloween print on that box bag I made.  It's September and it feels more like summer than August did.  Though in honour of Fall coming, I got out my Autumnal project bags.

I also like to spend my time thinking about what I am going to do with my sock yarn leftovers.  I am constantly tempted to crochet myself a blanket.  I have been looking at these blankets.  I really like these- Simple Solid Granny Square, the Little Hug Blanket and the Hexagon Blanket.  Another option is to use the sock yarn leftovers as stripes in other sweaters or scarves/cowls.

Keiko

Just got informed that Society6 selected this print Keiko to be in the Society6 shop.  Delighted, so I am.

Going to Netflix it up now and finish a cardigan!  Can't wait for it to be finished, so I can dedicate more time to the new cardigan that I started.  Also want to get the last set of increases done on the new cardigan, so I can go to the Stitch and Bitch in the library tomorrow.  Haven't gone since December.
